ql320 optical gas quantification system
To optimize the quality of our imaging and services, we use the QL320 Quantitative Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) system, which was specifically designed and engineered to be used with the FLIR GFX320 camera.
Our technology enables the measurement of leak rates for methane and other hydrocarbon vapors, eliminating the need for costly secondary sampling with toxic vapor analyzers or similar tools. The QL320 eliminates the need for close-contact measurement, enabling users to measure emission rates from a distance (up to 100 feet) - making it one of the safest solutions available for quantifying gas leaks.
Ion Thermal Imaging’s expert technicians can instantly quantify gas leak rates, while simultaneously providing different leak rate measurements (mass or volumetric) for most hydrocarbon gases. Our team also have the ability to input our client’s specific gas analysis for an even more accurate measurement.
